I always shake during yoga. It’s not just me, either- it seems like everyone else does too! I’ve been practicing for a few months now and have yet to be able to keep my body still during some poses. I can’t help but wonder why this is happening so often in class? Is there something wrong with me or am I doing something incorrectly? Luckily, the answer was much simpler than that: we’re shaking because of the yoga practice and we name that yoga shaking practice. However, if you consume too much of these products this might become a problem as the “high” feeling that comes from working out maybe amplified by its effects on your body (although not all are bad!). Shaking due to excess intake of caffeinated substances most often affects hands and limbs but could also involve other parts such as; heart rate increasing rapidly causing dizziness in some cases making insomnia worse than usual leading to nausea being an issue for others with diarrhea sometimes emerging after eating certain foods while high blood pressure is another possible side effect.
