Who first invented yoga?

The history of yoga is a question that has been debated for years. There are many different stories about who first invented this ancient practice. Some say it was Buddha, while others say it was a Hindu prince named Patanjali. It’s not clear how old the history of yoga really is, but one thing we do know is that the father of yoga was born around 400 BC and his name was Patanjali.

Some say that Patanjali created the history of yoga with his book, The Yoga Sutras. There are 196 sutras in this text and they discuss techniques for achieving enlightenment. These include yoga postures, breathing exercises, mental concentration and meditation practices. Other people think that he’s not the father of yoga because there is evidence that a history of yoga existed before he was born. They think the history of yoga started with a man named Buddha.

However, they can’t really prove this because we don’t have any information about his life before he became enlightened.

Conclusion:

The history of Yoga is a question that has been debated for years. There are many different stories about who first invented history.
